Councillor Jeff Morgan Chooses Winner of Spanish Holiday
HH&I was founded by a desire from Cllr Morgan to reach out to the over 50s in our community who were marginalised. He facilitated an environment where County Council, NHS, volunteer and private sector could contribute their skills to create a brighter future.
